With our extensive background, expertise and knowledge in construction along with industry-leading inspection equipment and tools, we will be able to swiftly identify improper or unsafe installations, defects and issues regarding the following: Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Roofing, Attics, Insulation, Ventilation, Moisture, Grading, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Garden Sprinkler Systems, Parking Lots, Windows, Doors, and much more.
Annual Inspection
Most homeowners prefer to inspect their property on an annual basis to catch potential issues before they arise. At Logic Inspection, Inc., we treat annual inspections as if they were home inspections and provide a thorough report at the end.
4-Point Inspection
Logic Inspection, Inc. is certified to conduct 4-point inspections related to obtaining or retaining homeowners insurance. Most insurance companies require certain components to be in working order and to operate at the or above the manufacturer’s standard. Our 4-point inspection is limited to checking the visible areas of the roof, plumbing system, electrical system, and heating and cooling systems. This inspection takes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, based on the square footage of the property, number of bathrooms and number of HVAC units.
Pool & Spa Inspection
Having a pool and spa inspection is one of the most important inspections that a home buyer needs to consider. Servicing and maintaining a pool or spa can be extremely expensive if you don’t take proper precautions. Proper inspection of your pool and spa areas require the attention of a certified pool and spa inspector in order to adequately address potential health and safety hazards. We highly recommend that homeowners get annual inspections conducted for their pools or spas, preparing ahead of time for Summer activities.
Pool and spa inspections include the following: inspecting circulation, heating and filtering systems and components, inspecting proper electrical components for proper installation, safety and serviceability, inspecting lighting components for proper installation, safety and serviceability, identifying safety issues, testing and explanation of the waters chemistry, pool area grading and sloping check, and checking for safe and standard pool decks, diving boards, and slip-resistant surfaces leading to the pool.
Please note that our pool and spa inspection service is not included in our standard full home inspection package; however, we do offer 50% when you bundle a pool and spa inspection with a home inspection.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Typically, most if not all Real Estate agents and potential sellers are willing to do a pre-listing inspection to diagnose and fix potential problem areas of the property, ensuring there are no deal-breakers in the future. During our pre-listing inspections, we treat them as a full home inspection and provide a complete report to you highlighting our findings.
Fire & Life Safety Inspection
Logic Inspection, Inc. is certified to conduct testing, inspections, maintenance and repairs to any fire protection systems, such as fire alarms, fire doors, fire pumps, fire escape ladders, emergency lighting systems, emergency generators, fire sprinklers (annual and 5 year tests), dry, wet, or combined sprinkler-standpipes, and much more.
After completion of our fire safety and life safety inspection, we will provide a full report which then can be submitted to your local Fire Department, Fire Marshall or insurance company if needed.
Please note that we are not certified to test or inspect septic tanks, escalators, and elevators, but we will happily recommend certified and trusted companies to conduct those inspections for you.
